A banh mi is a Vietnamese sandwich and the best place (that I’ve found so far) to get one in Edinburgh is The Banh Mi Bar.

Thirty Knots, in South Queensferry, is a contemporary pub and restaurant offering one of the most spectacular views in Edinburgh of the three bridges.
