Assaggini
Assaggini serves small Italian plates in Edinburgh City Centre, allowing you to enjoy more dishes in one sitting.
The Merchant Steakhouse
The Merchant Steakhouse, a new steakhouse in Glasgow, can be found in the Merchant City and is a perfect location for special occasions meals.

I visited The Brunch Club in Edinburgh and if you haven’t guessed what The Brunch Club sell, they serve up a range of brunch dishes, all day lo.
Fingal
Fingal is Scotland’s first luxury floating hotel. It’s docked in Leith and as well as being a hotel, you’ll also find The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar on board.
Ikigai Ramen
Ikigai Ramen, a Japanese ramen restaurant, opened in 2020 and has two branches in Edinburgh, one in Newington and another on South Bridge.
The Banh Mi Bar (Closed)
A banh mi is a Vietnamese sandwich and the best place (that I’ve found so far) to get one in Edinburgh is The Banh Mi Bar.
Thirty Knots
Thirty Knots, in South Queensferry, is a contemporary pub and restaurant offering one of the most spectacular views in Edinburgh of the three bridges.
